Clint did a wonderful job servicing our furnace/AC this morning. Gave helpful suggestions when we found we need to have a duct cleaning. He signed us up for that.

This was my first time using Service Specialties Inc. to install two HVAC systems and a hot water heater. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They did good work, but there was a problem. The next morning I discovered a water leak at the hot water heater where they soldered the pipes together.

The soldering was a lot less than adequate, thus the leak. Luckily, I caught it early so there was no major water damage. I called their help desk number and was immediately called back by a technician that covers the weekends. He showed up thirty minutes later and repaired the leak. That was a couple of weeks ago and there have been no problems since.

I've been with Service Specialties for 2 years. I have them on a maintenance program and they have replaced a heating and air conditioning unit for me. They gave me options as they went a long and that was good because they were able to minimize the cost.
