I'm the maintenance director at a multi-level assisted living. We have building sprinkler inc do our service and repairs to our sprinkler system. They do top notch work and really care about the quality work that they do. I have spoken and dealt with ryan on many occasions and have ALWAYS been treated with respect. I had a problem with my electric heat pump in June when air conditioning was needed. Long story short; the unit needed to be replaced. Parts were covered by warranty, but I was charged almost $3000 in labor and it took 5 weeks for proper installation. When I tried to discuss this with the office, they rarely returned my phone calls, did not get back to me when they said they would, were very unhelpful and refused to adjust the bill. ...read more
