We purchased a bedroom set which was on sale and it took 2 months for us to receive it -- way past Christmas which it was for a Christmas Present. We than received it and 2 of the drawers did not go in correctly. It took them a month to come back and fix the drawers and it turns out they shipped us 2 right sided drawers so they were able to fix one but they will have to order more parts and come back again! We ordered and paid for this over Thanksgiving and it is still not complete!!! I'm very upset with the service and how long it takes to receive calls back! ...read more

One star because there is not a 0 or zero choice. My furniture was ordered in May, postponed delivery until late August (it was supposed to be July 1st. Furniture arrives in Sept. and after delivery I moved one of my pieces and the front leg of the recliner FELL OFF! It was NAILED on w/ ONE Nail. Reordered chair, promised delivery October, then Nov. and tomorrow is Dec. 15th - they say it is finally coming. The QUALITY of this furniture is truely SUBPAR to say the very least. Do not expect $2000 to $3000 to buy you a nice piece, they are all inferior and the service is a whole disaster which has caused me to give up. I should have sued and fought this business but they wear you out and there word is not their bond but their lie. TAKE all precaution when shopping with HOM Furniture - Buyer Beware! ...read more

This was the worst experience I’ve had with buying furniture. I purchased a set of table and chairs which was delivered to my home. The set was delivered, and after the delivery guys had left, I noticed they took a big gouge out of my kitchen floor. I went on to call the company and told them what had happened. They sent the same guys out to my house to assess what had happened. They then began to tell me that this gouge was there before they delivered the furniture. A long story short, 10 calls and several weeks later, the company kept brushing me off and offering no sort of apology or solution to the problem. I wasn’t demanding a new kitchen floor, or a million dollars. I simply wanted them to take responsibility, and offer some type of solution. This was the last time we will every make a purchase through HOM furniture, and have told everyone that we know about our experience, and to refrain from shopping there if at all possible. ...read more
