I purchased my home theater from Best Buy and the purchase process and installation was very efficient. Six months later my TV wouldn't connect to the internet. I called the Geek Squad on a Friday at 8:55. I was told they closed at 9 so I should read the manual and call back the next day if I couldn't figure it out. I called on Sat. and spent 30 minutes on hold and was transferred to 5 different people until I was finally cut off. When I called back to complain to a manager, I was told someone would call me back. They did, asked me questions, gave me nothing to help me and was told that someone would call me back. 3 hrs later I called back and was once again told someone would call me.
