Provides quote for debris removal and requests 100% deposit. Negotiated to 50% for debris removal on future date. When I cancel as no longer need service, Affordable refuses to refund deposit. novak sent an inexperianced driver for a pick up,he backed into my vehicle, i would not have known it if someone had not seen it,the driver called his supervisor who came out and took pictures and gave me this wonderful speech about novak and how public and customer friendly they were, and how if i send them an estimate they would take care of it.after 2 estimates and two months they wont even return my calls much less i havent recieved a check ,is this friendly service? ...read more
