They give you 60 days to get out of the contract for free if you are not happy. On our switch date it was about 54 days into the contract and only had a week left before we could get out of it for free. Not really a useful guarantee at that point. Our switch was not able to happen b/c they did not make sure we had enough phone lines that they could access but our current company had already switched us to Orbitcom. Thus we did not have any incoming phone lines for 2 days at the height of our busy season. We did not have a good experience with Orbitcom...they either did not return calls when I left messages or would pass it on to someone else if they did decide to call back.
