No service, forget the warranty hype. My mother (now 84 years old) purchased an air bed from Lynn with a 20 year warranty about 6 years ago. The bed manufacturer is Land and Sky. This bed has serious problems, sides are breaking down, sagging in the middle, total failure. Mom has been in contact with Lynn off and on for over a year with no results, nothing but a run around... my wife contacted a customer service rep (Susan) with Land and Sky only to be treated less than hospitable and basically told "not to call again - deal with the retailer". Bottom line, lots of $$$ spent and NO SERVICE. After numerous phone calls, stop in visits and patience Mom finally gave up and bought a conventional bed from a REPUTABLE retailer. ...read more

We bought a living room set from Slumberland and are just in awe from the service we received. Bryan, our salesman was very knowledgable and helpful about the different groups. We thought we wanted fabric and he sold us on the value of leather. His honesty and integrity were very obvious. The delivery boys did an exceptional job as we had a tight fit and they made it work. We have had the furniture since Christmas and think of the wonderful service from Slumberland Furniture in Rapid City everytime we sit down.
