These people had been bugging me about a television my ex boyfriend got from there. I cooperated and told them what I knew...his whereabouts, his new phone number. After having to file charges against my ex myself for check forgery, when I received a text message from him saying he was headed out of state, I felt this was pretty important information. I went into this RentAll to tell them that, and the older man there was incredibly rude to me. He stated that he received information that my ex had moved back in with me and he believes I had something to do with my ex and know where this television is they are looking for. I had to just walk away from the conversation before I snapped. I understand they often use intimidation to get their items back or get payment on them, but when somebody comes in voluntarily and gives them information as a courtesy, you would think they would treat you a little better...not like garbage.
