About Miller, SD
The city of Miller, name for its founder, was named for Henry Miller, is an agricultural community located in Hand County, South Dakota. Major attractions include the Miller Golf Course and the McWhorter House Museum and Depot, which features Victorian decor, antique furnishings, quilts and antique medical equipment. One of the best places to visit when you are in Miller is 320-acre Lake Louise Recreational Area, with camping, fishing, swimming, boating, canoeing, hiking, a playground and a picnic area.
