Keith is never on time. He never completes the job. He is somewhat arrogant. He does shoddy work and never lives up to what he says he will do. The only positive is that he has one good worker that works for him. I would not recommend at all. He is extremely slow in completing his jobs and you will not be a priority if he has a bigger job on hand. Do not use. Terrible. ...read more
