We have had Time Warner Cable business class for a year. The setup process was ok, but now we are having technical problems that every time we call we get a different excuse.1st call regarding clients not hearing us = "we are having issues in SC" they should be fixed shortly2nd call regarding the same = "we will have a tech come out between the hours of 1pm - 4pm" We cannot reimburse you for your time, nor make any billing adjustments.We WILL change our phone service....
