Joe and staff are really friendly people and knowledgeable about the job at hand. They work with you to get the complete therapy needed to make a full recovery. Everytime i walk into Sumter Physical Therapy I feel like I have arrived at my other home because of the friendliness. My wife and I "FIRED" our last doctor due to poor service. We switched to Colonial Family Practice and chose Dr Leonard. My wife's first visit; Dr. Leonard wrote a prescription and we were not able to get the medicine filled. We were told by the CVS that our doctor needs to call TRICARE and get approval for the medicine. We went back to see Dr Leonard and told him. He said that he would call and for us to pick up the medicine the very next day and that he would assure us that he would call Tricare. Well, two visits back to CVS and still no call from Dr Leonard to Tricare. I have waisted already three trips to CVS. Starting to think it may be time to "FIRE" Dr. Leonard. So far..... Colonial Family Practice just keeps getting better and better. The new Urgent Care Facility is wonderful and easily accessible; just around the corner of the building. The office folks and the assistants are sincerely pleasant and helpful. Dr. Meyers has a caring, attentive, and heartfelt personality and gave me expert care in a most timely manner.
