HORRIBLE FLORIST! My son ordered a bouquet that cost over $100 and the the final outcome disgusts me. The scant roses are minimal in size and surrounded by nothing but leaves! I called and discussed with the manager, Dee, who told me she didn't have time to talk to be about it. Even though the store guarentee is "If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us," she proved it was a mere LIE. She was rude and doesn't deserve to have business from local buyers who hope to get the best service.... but after paying she really doesn't care at all. ...read more
