So we got some coupons in the mail for this place and got a carryout order of a Taco Specialty pizza, and regular cheese pizza, and 12 Cajun Garlic wings. Taco pizza tasted good, but had no where near enough toppings, they were spread around in a ring shape in the middle of the pizza. It was supposed to have "nacho cheese/salsa" sauce, and it was a dry as could be. Had to dip every bite into sour cream so it was NOT worth $18. The cheese pizza was just as dry even with extra cheese. The wings were really good, but it bothered me that "cajun ranch" was under the Wet Sauce menu and they were dry as well. There was some sort of cajun spice sprinkled on and that was it. Maybe we got the wrong order of wings? I love especially how one gets treated by the waiters/ waitresses. They take it easy, and that's the way I love it. Hectic? No way! Also: the bath room is clean, yeah. I'LL BE BAAACK! as the governator would have said... Thank you Ice house folks! Wolfgang da German ...read more

I visited this restaurant with my family. It took an hour for us to get our burgers and we didn't get one drink refill. The server ignored us for most of the night. Finally one of my party complained to the hostess about our drinks. Then the manager comes up to our table defending the lack of drink refills and our late food. We were told to wait at our table because the manager "Bob" would be back with something for us. He never came. We waited for 15 minutes for him to come by, and he never did. During this time, another table complained to us about how poor they felt the experience was too.Then we finally decided to leave. He was at the door and was completely rude to us. He started with an apology but the sarcasm and condescending tones in his voice were obvious.Towards the end of the conversation he lost all since of manners.
