Although there is a Radio Shack sign above the store, they are a private franchise (?) therefore they do not honor Radio Shack promotions nor can you return Radio Shack purchased merchandise to this store. Quite the racket, they over charge you for merchandise you can purchase cheaper at other Radio Shack store and you can't return it once purchased! I would like to take a minute and say how pleased i was with their service. I brought in my Peavey equipment for repair. Not only did they fix it in a timley manner, they let me know that one of the pieces was still under manuf. warranty and took care of it at no charge to me. To the person that posted no service. It is too bad that that happend. However... all of the years that we have been in business, we have never done service calls on saturday. We are open on saturday mornings from 9-12 to give our customers a chance to pick up and drop off items. We do service calls M-F. You wrote a review about another company! ...read more
