I have been a patient of Dr. Dorlon's (off & on) for at least 6 years. He is a knowable, perseptive and compassionate doctor that has worked with me to create tailored treatments specific to my various conditions. It is such a wonderful experience to go to a doctor that listens and actually cares-not only about specific symptoms, but about total quality of life. I also like that Dr. Dorlon will inform me of various treatment options as opposed to just writing a prescription and sending me out the door. His wait time has improved lately as he has been in another office temporarily (emergency evening clinic). In Oct, Nov and Dec 2008 I was out of his office BY 5 pm and my appointments were around 2:30 - and they were all visits with the doctor (not prescription pickup). I do recommend Dr. Dorlon to those in Spartanburg needing a Rheumatologist. However, be prepared for a long wait (bring a book) and realize that sometimes good things come to those that wait. ...read more
