I prefer to leave zero stars for this business but that is not an option of MC. I have lived here for going on eleven years and am now being retaliated against with an eviction. Management does not appreciate tenants exercising their rights. It is especially bad for homeowners renting a lot. They take advantage of people by evicting them and hoping they can't afford to move their mobile home which does happen in many cases. there is a high rate of evictions performed on renters for trivial reasons. The owner stated to me that he would back the manager up in anything she does or says. Owner:"I'll back Debbie in whatever she does. She's my employee. Why would I betray an employee?" Me:" If the employee is wrong why would you betray a tenant?" Owner:"I have plenty of other tenants in there." This shows how unconscionable they are. They are predatory and unscrupulous.
