Never buy or even waste you time going to Richburg Housing. They are not there for you, they dont tell you things up front, if you go threw a process with them and then are unable to get the home they charge up rediculous amounts of money just to get what you have paid down. THEY ARE RUDE AND UGLY, they dont return phone calls, The owner HIDES behind her sales lady who do her wrong and she thinks she can do what she wants. DO NOT GO THERE.
