My husband and I purchased a home from midstate in orangeburg almost 2 years ago. our sales person was Tom Ulmer, he mislead us about the walls. we thought were getting 2x6 exterior walls turns out that they are actually 2x4. They were supposed to send someone to relevel our home. I have called them numerous times and even stopped by in person. this has been going on for over a year. they have yet to send someon to fix my home. needless to say I am talking to a lawyer about filing a lawsuit because my roof is now leaking . do not waste your time and money on this place. put your money into a stick built home it will last longer and be worth it in the long run. ...read more
