I bought tub this year and he told me that both he and his installer were both licensed and insured. After his installer did over $2,000 of damage to my house I ahve been getting the runaround for 6 months on getting repaid for my out of pocket expense.(with documentable receipts). Installer had no insurance and now either has no money or no interest in paying. So far I have been paid $200 out of $2,266 owed to me. After a demonstration and sales pitch we decided to "think " about buying a walk-in tub. Scott Crenshaw told us that we had to put down $2000 to guarantee the price of $8500 but that we had up to five days to change our mind. We changed our minds in 24 hours, called him and he said he would be refunding our money the next business day. That was the end of January. We are still waiting in April for our refund and have received numerous excuses...some of them really convincing. He kept our money and we got nothing. Stay away from this guy. ...read more
