I quoted $307.50 for the cost for the repairs for my vehicle which was not true, it was the cost due to "Ben" the owner charging me a diagnostic fee of $75 per hour(which he charged for 3 hours) instead of the one $75 fee(which was initially quoted when I dropped my car off on 3/11/13) without calling to me get my approval. Went to pick up my vehicle on 3/12/13 because I was told that it would be ready by 4pm on that day only to find out that it wasn't, the wrong part had been ordered, thus my car remained in the same state that I took it to them. "Ben" advised me to take my car home and when the part came in he would call me. I was not happy with all the misleading so I decided not to take my car back, asking for a refund(because my car wasn't actually fixed)in which "Ben" declined. This shop advertises that "custom work welcomed", so when I purchased a custom grille and front spoiler for my car, I thought I would go by and get a quote on painting and installing the parts. I spoke with Grady, one the owners, and he was very nice and helpful. He gave me a very reasonable quote on what I was looking to do so I chose to go with them. I dropped the car and the parts off with him the next morning and let him work his magic. When I went to pick up my car the next day, I was very disappointed. They painted the grille and just slapped it on. They in no way tried to make the custom grille fit the way it was supposed to. When bringing it up to them they just said "that's what you run into with custom parts", well I thought that was where the "custom work welcomed" part came in. The front spoiler that they installed looked great but the paint job they did was half-assed at best. They didn't prime it and make it smooth before they painted it like it should have been. Well, reluctantly I left. Within a week of having the front spoiler, the paint started chipping off.
