Getting in touch with this company is half the problem. You can call every day for a week and if you're lucky you get a return phone call. Then when parts were needed to be ordered, we we never updated that they came in and were the wrong parts, so we started again on the many calls to get an answer. Now 6 months later, the same problem is back, but we don't fall into the 90 day warranty, so we are being told "that unit is not what I typically work on, call someone else"...it was what you worked on when you took our money the first time. This time I'll get a real professional, even if he does charge more at least it will get done correctly and professionally. ...read more

Stopped in today when my A/C condenser fan died. Jeff at McCall's Supply Co. was awesome! He got us hooked up with the right parts to do the job, and they even took the time to entertain my 4 yr. old daughter while we were gathering parts and information. She asked on the way home when we needed to shop there again. All I can say is if I need anything that they sell - I know where I'll be buying it from. Thanks for all your help McCall's.
