Adam manager of Comercial Audio is arrogant and rude when it comes to cutomer sevice. I had equipment that had been seviced by Comercial Audio, they lost my replcement parts on one item, and my other service Item wasn't put back together with all of its parts i.e. missing screws. When I picked the items up I poted this out to the sevice tech who could care less, so I took it up with the manager he insisted tht nothing was lost "its here but I don't know where it is" The customer service is bad, and the service department is careless. This place is terrible. I purchased a warranty for my product. a PS3. They DID NOT honor it. Instead, i was told the 59.99 i paid meant nothing. They did not offer to help. I had to file a *Lwasuit to get my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE>>> games equipment and service is wayyy better right next door at wal mart.
