I purchased the first generation iPad here only to find a huge dent in the back when I got home. Called in immediately, left voicemail, and explained the issue. Apparently there was nothing they could do and I was out of luck. The rep taking calls at the store was rude and didn't want to remedy the situation. I informed them I was heading to Charleston that weekend, where there is an actual Apple retail store, and they pushed me into taking it back there so they wouldn't have to deal with it. Luckily I spoke with the Apple Store manager and she replaced my dented iPad, even though that was against company policy since it wasn't purchased at that store and technically a dent is considered wear and tear, even though it came to me like that. My second experience consisted of trying to get a Macbook Air fixed. This was one of the models that had the hinge defect in 2008. Right after Bobby opened his store, my younger brother had purchased a lemon computer from another place and was going out of town. I called the store and told him we need to get a mac cuz this vista computer was not cutting it. He kept the store open later so we could drive from Conway to get a Mac, We have purchased 2 other computers, several software, Time Machine and several items from that location and have never had an issue that he and crew have not solved. We even had an problem with a mac and took it to an Apple store their so called Apple Genus tried to charge us over 1000 to fix it. I took it to Bobby they fixed it for $150. These guys are great! Some time ago, I was shopping around for a new laptop going from store to store. These guys were the only ones who could answer all my questions, not rush me and took the time to figure out what I really needed. They sold me what I need and not some software that I would never use (one other store tried). Knowing that they are authorized and certified also helps bring a piece of mind.
