This was absolutely and definitely the WORST experience I have ever had in the health care industry. I visited Nason's with a visibly swollen foot and presented with very high blood pressure. I was quickly dismissed when my x-ray was negative for a break or fracture and, although the person who took my blood pressure felt that it warranted a second look, that never occurred, even after I specifically asked about it. Also, I was NEVER seen by an actual doctor and when I questioned this practice, my concern was completely disregarded. In addition, my debit card was charged twice in error and it took over one week for me to recover the money. Finally, although I expressed ALL of this to Nason's management team, I never so much as received a simple apology. I did, however, receive a one-sentence response in an email explaining that they felt my course of treatment was appropriate. I guess notably high blood pressure doesn't mean much to Nason's. Nason used to be great. Great service. Great personalities. Now they seem to give chest x-rays to patients before they even speak with doc. Bad cough - chest x-ray, stomach pain - chest x-ray, sore throat - chest x-ray. I had one done, then doc came in and asks me what was wrong. Told me my diagnosis in 30 seconds. Didn't even acknowledge that an x-ray was taken or looked at. They sure did bill for it though. ...read more
