For me there are two things that I was looking for when I was researching the best dentist in Charleston area: they have to take my insurance and they have to have good reviews, hence people like them and are eager to spend 5 min of their time reviewing them online. East Cooper Dental had very good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed when I tried them. Dr. Warner was accommodating of my schedule and did an amazing job on all my fillings and front teeth. He is a truly compassionate person, which is a rare feature among dentists. The staff was amazing too: the hygienist spent more than an hour for the first time with me; assistants held my hand during teeth extractions; front office staff (Shannon and Carol) made it easy to make/reschedule appointments and handle insurance claims.
