Everyone that I've dealt with at Crossroads has been great, including the office staff. I like that faith based counseling is provided if asked for. It is not required for those people not interested. Never had a problem with billing or scheduling (outside of a normal schedule conflicts common with dr. offices). I sent my child to get substance abuse counseling here and the staff was WONDERFUL!!! They are truly very caring a compassionate, notonly with the kids but also with us parents. We were given a lot of attention which helped us feel like we weren't all alone. I have my son back. Things aren't perfect by any means, but we're definitely on the righ path.
