Don't let the beautiful setting fool you into thinking you can have a dream wedding at Willow Creek. It quickly became a nightmare for us. They promised us full use of the house and grounds and then roped off the upstairs. They took our money for tents which were stained, full of holes, and had green stipes on them. They admitted they were in terrrible shape so they offered a refund, but never gave it to us. They did not lift a finger during the reception to fix anything. Their power kept going out because it could not handle a band and tent lights. They promised us many things that they later denied. Be very cautious of getting involved with this venue. Do your homework and search for more reviews. There are more poor reviews on the Knot, Wedding Bee, and their Google place page. ...read more

Willow Creek Conservatory Weddings
Do you know Willow Creek Conservatory? If not, you should! www.willowcreekconservatory.com. We are the most beautiful Venue in the upperstate of South Carolina. Our latest wedding was this past Saturday. Unfortunately it was an outdoor wedding and it rained so heavely that the river which flows through the property was rushing down the falls. This, of course, made the ceremony a little "under the weather". Never the less, the Bridal Party was adament that the rain was not going to spoil the elaborate wedding that had been chosen for them. The Gazebo was a perfect place to have their nuptials as it was dry. However, the guests were seated surrounding the Gazebo and this, of course, took a few umbrellas to cover 140 people. WE DID IT!!!! The beautiful and big Cathederal Window tent was a wonderful cover from the downpour. The food was lavish, the bar was stocked, the DJ played wonderful dance music, the lights were low and the guests had a great time. All went well and I am sure that the Bride and Groom had headaches on their way to Hawaii. Congratulations to Heather and Wesley! You will always have a story to tell about your Wedding Day! ...read more
