My drugged out cousin hauled about 10 of my dad's old cars off out of our woods & brought them here. My dad contacted them & told them to fax him the info about what was brought there so we'd have the proof to press charges against my cousin. They told us they would but never did & he called everyday about it. They kept saying they were busy & would get to it as soon as they could. After a few days they started ignoring my dad (I guess they started checking the caller id) & so I started calling. They gave me the same runaround & after a day or two ignored me. When I finally got through to someone & told them again that we needed the proof to be able to press charges against my cousin they told us to contact the police & when they come to the business with a warrant (which would be hard to get without the records) then they'd pull the records. So, they pretty much jerked us around for a week until they were probably able to get rid of the records & crush the cars. ...read more
