My family was thrilled about the care we received from Dr. Jordan and his staff! He saw both of my little boys while we were in Hilton Head on vacation. One of my sons had a horrible rash. Dr. Jordan gave us his cell number to stay in contact with him about how he was doing. He called in a prescription for us very late one evening when it suddenly got worse and got us right in for a follow up visit the next day. Dr. Jordan even checked in with us after we had been home for a little over a week to see how the boys were doing. This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. The desk staff is terse and impolite. They say they will give the doctor a message or the pharmacy a fax but at times have not. I found the practice administrator to be defensive, rude, and unresponsive to my concerns. Rather than weigh or take my blood pressure, they have skipped it and just asked what I weigh and wrote it down. I have found the demeanor of the doctor to be rather unfriendly and off-putting.
