I went to purchase a banner through Banner Buzz, selected to see my proof first, and selected priority shipping. I wasn't sent my proof until 4 days later. When I called customer service (TERRIBLE, btw) they acted as if nothing wrong had happened. "He'll send you the proof now.." is what she said over and over, with no explanation as why it hadn't been sent in the first place.
