On October 23 at 5:15 a Master Care of S.C. vehicle passed me and 4 other cars on a double yellow line, I was driving the speed limit. He/she drove at a high rate of speed until he came upon other cars driving the speed limit. He/she stopped at the stop at Lee's BBQ and then pulled into Lakeside Family Practice. On October 23, 2015 at 5:15 in the afternoon on Hwy 221 South just below Madden Station before you get to New Prospect Baptist Church, a Master Care of S.C. vehicle passed me and 4 other vehicles on a double yellow line. This vehicle, #102, tag TDR 313, was driving well beyond the speed limit. He/she continued driving at a speed well beyond the speed limit. I caught up with him after he/she got behind other vehicles that were going the speed limit. He stopped at the stop sign at Lee's Bar B Q and then turned into Lakeside Family Practice. I would not want to ride or have any of my loved ones in this van at any time. You are not a ambulance, you have no warning lights, you scared a lot people by your reckless driving.
