Charles was very rude to me during my test drive and made me nervous in the car. I then switched to Ben. Was even ruder. My mom was in tears by the end. Both very rude to women. Don't waste your time here. Had cash for a purchase. They missed out on a great sale. Ben was fighting with the manager when we left. Unreal how awful it was. I was really surprised to see that Mr. Rhyant received such a bad review. I have known him for several years now, and always have had good service. I have even recommended other people to his shop who were as equally satisfied with his work ethics. So for the disgruntled patron, there must have been other underlying issues you failed to mention. I recommend his services to any one who is seeking transportation.
