I have been a Sally customer ofr20 years. I have supported the Easley location for 4 1/2 years. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my life! This is the 4th offense just this year. I have asked specifically for products if they are on sale. The cashiers act like they don't have a clue. When you qualify for a free gift w/ purchase, the customer has to ask for the gift, they don't offer it. I went to the Sally store in Easley, and got there at 7:59 p. m. and the cashier let someone out of the store, I walked up and she closed the door on my face and walked away. I tapped on the door and asked her if I could purchase something. She said she had already closed the register. That as a BOLD FACE lie! I saw her closing the register. I then tapped on the window again and she looked up and smiled and continued to close. Both cashiers walked out of the back of the store and left.
