When my hot water heater went out, I called a plumber, 2 days in a row he called and said he could`nt make it. After calling 4 more plumbers and got no answer, I called A-1 Tec Service the owner Richard picked up on the second ring. When I explained my problem he said he would be here in 2 hours, about 1 hour later he and his son Jimmy pulled in my driveway, after looking at what needed to be done Jimmy worked his tale off until the job was done and up to code. I want to thank them so much for the great job Jimmy did, it was a complicated job but he did it and it was done RIGHT.I`ll never use any plumber or HVAC but A-1 Tec. do not hire these people. they installed a heat pump in dec 2015 and i went ahead and paid them in full and they have yet to come back and finish the job.i have called and text him so many times. he promise to come every week but still no show. i will take him to court over this if he does not finish the job.i have given him more that enough time to get this done. debra ausburn ...read more

I would not hire A1-TEC SERVICE to connect a garden hose. First off, it took them 62 days to complete a project that should have been completed in 4-5 days. I contracted them to install a new tank less gas hot water system in my home. After a few days the unit quit producing hot water after 3-4 minutes of operation. I called A1-TEC SERVICE several times and left messages but they would not return my calls. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then, the owner of A1-TEC SERVICE .contacted me and said he would be out that same day. He never showed or called. A1-TEC SERVICE gave ne a one year warrant on labor and ten year warranty on the unit, they have chose to ignore that agreement and not honor the warranty. I had to hire an honest contractor to fix the problem that A1-TEC SERVICE would not. Do your research on this company before you hire them. ...read more
