Awful! One of my co-workers was using them to repair her garage door. They took a deposit from her and its been over a month and they haven't been back. She felt like they were dodging her calls so she asked me to call from our work phone while she was with a client and see if they had a date for her repair yet. I called twice from her cell phone and no one answered. When I called back from the work phone NOT FIVE MINUTES LATER, someone answered. I asked who I was speaking to and the woman said "Who is this?" in a very rude tone. (I work in customer service and people ask for my name all the time, I would NEVER speak to one of my clients that way!) She was unable to give me a repair time and she said the technician said he would call my co-worker. That was almost two days ago and she still hasn't heard from them.
