The first time I went I was the only one in there so the lady kind of was in my back pocket the whole which didn't make for a very relaxing shopping experience. I bought a blazer but when I got home it didn't match what I had bought it for. I went to see if they had anything else I could get but they forgot to mention when I bought it that they didn't do refunds OR exchanges. & not only that the lady had an attitude when she told me as if I was some how supposed to already know this when it doesn't say it anywhere nor do they tell you. I visited this store and was very disappointed in the customer service. The store clerk followed me around the entire time from every step I made in the store and the Asian guy (I suppose owner), watched me from the time I entered. Would not recommend this store to any African American, obviously there is some perceived stereotype that all of us are thieves. Lets say I did not spend a dime of my money in there!! ...read more
