Dr. Garner has treated my son and daughter for the last 2 1/2 years. He is nice, insightful, and inspires trust. He has performed surgery on both children and prayed for them before surgery. My daughter is now able to sleep without waking up gasping for breath. And he is very patient with my hyperactive son. I was dealing with pain in both shoulders and lower back and sinus pressure. I was taking pain medication for my back and exercising my shoulders and medication for my sinus issues.
