At Branham's from time to time you do have to wait untill you are waited on. But there is a reason. There you can actually order in specific flowers for weddings and other events for those that want to save money during a hard economy by friends or family to help with this task. It does take time to wait on each and every customer because it is not like wallmart, fresh market, etc. Flowers have to be researched finding availabilty from many farms that carry specific product. You just can walk away from a wedding or event that has to be carried out with specifics that has to make happen. ...read more

This was the most horrible experience myself and my husband experienced before our wedding. Bussiness seemed very professional per previous phone conversations with other employees, "Except for the constant not wanting to speak with us feeling that we got from a gail." Upon several meeting with there wedding consultant, "Joby." We gradually learned what seemed like a problem with there consultant, "Joby." Seemed that she was not all there, as if she was on some medicine. Verbally and mentally away at times, which pushed us to a different florist for our wedding. Also, when we brought this to her managers attention, "Gail," we were ignored and treated very rudely. This bussiness might have been around for some time, but all the good floral assistance that we were refered to here by friends, "is long gone."
