I found Kassis Brothers Shoe store on line. Since I have a lot of foot problems, I tried them out in January.\t\nThe brands of shoes that they carry work well for me. especially the Drew brand. On my first visit I purchased a pair of Drew shoes with laces. They fit as soon as I put them on and have been wearing them a lot. Went back to get summer sandals, picked up 2 pair and just ordered a third. The Salesman was extremely professional and extended himself to understand what type of shoe I was looking for and made sure that it fit. I am very lucky to have found them. I recently bought Dansko clogs in the King Street store although I usually shop at the S.Windemere store. I tried to exchange the shoes for the same kind & color because after wearing them 1 1/2 days, the left one was too tight & the right fell off my heel -- you don't know this just because you try it on for 3 mins in the store. The manager was rude, accused me of messing up the shoes, and told me he couldn't exchange them because "I can't sell these shoes looking like this". Can't say I was really worried about him re-selling them when he sold me a pair of shoes I COULDN'T WEAR. You just don't say that to customers. He wouldn't even send them back to Dansko. I went to the S.Windemere store and they were so nice. They helped me out immediately. The saleswoman said that it was clear the shoes did not fit and had barely been worn. They are ordering a new pair for exchange. All my coworkers and I agree that we will definitely stay away from the King Street store. ...read more
