This was the worst installation I have ever seen. It took 4 seperate trips for them to do the job because of cutting corners and inexperienced installers. After 4 times the tile floor is still not right. I would strongly advise people to take there business elsewhere and save youreselves a lot of grief. Lowest price was not the best choice here. Inexperiencd installers is a big problem here. When installing flooring, knowing the installers, would be more important, than the store. They don't even use local installers.
