If you want results, Sasabodies is the place to go. Sassey Easton is a fully devoted trainer to her clients. Her nutrition and physical training knowledge is second to none. If you want it and are willing to work for it, she can get you into your desired physical condition. You will look and feel better than ever!

"It's never to late!"

Sasabodies is a must for my life style now. I retired in 2006 after 43
years as a RN in the operating room. Now is my time to do something for
myself! (it's never to late) With a family history of arthritis and bilateral
total knee replacements I know that I must keep my "joints" moving.
I'm 67 now so having confidence in my trainer's knowledge of anatomy,physiology and nutrition is important to me. My blood lab results
for cholesterol and sugar are fantastic. I may find it hard to get up early some days to exercise but afterwards I'm always ready to take on the world! Thanks Sassey.

Big Difference

There is a big difference in body fat and body weight.  Body weight is made of lean body mass...muscle, tissue, water, bone, and internal organs.  Body fat is just body fat.  If a person looses more than 2 lbs. of body weight per week they may be losing muscle.  This will cause your metabolism to slow down and you could stop losing fat.  You  are striving for loss of body fat, not just body weight.
