I found Mr. Parrish through google maps and after doing some research and reading some reviews I scheduled an appointment with him for the next day. He arrived on time, and seemed very knowledgeable about our air conditioner and HVACs in general. He informed us that my parent's unit had gone bad due to a known issue with that generation of compressor’s design, and he went on to recommended a reasonably priced replacement unit made by Goodman. He talked with us about the differences in brands, and explained the reasoning behind his recommendation. Everything was very low pressure, and it did not feel like he was trying to sell us something we did not need. Both Mr. Parrish and his son, Bryan, were extremely polite and neat, and they were able to get everything installed and working that same day. All in all I was incredibly impressed with how Mr. Parrish went out of his way with all the little detail services to make or lives easier.
