Consumers Propane

My reliable B-W water heater was getting old, so I decided to replace it with a similar model. I searched for companies that could obtain this water heater and install it, but most companies could not get it, wanted to do a site visit (for a fee) before quoting a price, or were very expensive. The exception was B&B Consumers. I spoke with Ken, who could get me this model (although not in stock) and have it installed for the same reasonable price he normally charges for in-stock models. Today, Norm arrived to install it, and he was professional, personable, clean, careful, and made sure I understood how to maintain the water heater and what to do in case of a leak. In the end, B&B Consumers had installed the new water heater, disposed of the old one, and added a drip pan and a Floodmaster automatic shut-off (at my request), all for less money than their competitors wanted for the water heater alone! And, Norm politely refused a tip, saying, "Thanks, but that's not why we do what we do." ...read more

We have been with Kafin for 2 years now and all I can say is they are always there when you need them. They have reasonable prices and when no other oil company would offer Cap contracts, Kafin Did... Way to go Kafin. We'll be with you for as long as your in buisness.. ...read more
