I have lived in this apartment community for over a year and have had problems since day one. When we first moved in we had a leak in our ceiling, which 13 months and 3 calls to maintenance later has STILL not been fixed. Honestly though the ceiling is now the least of my worries. Now I am concerned about my neighbors dealing drugs from their apartment! The West Greenwich police have set up a sub-station in the apartment's computer room to stake out the teenagers that live in my building to monitor them for illegal activity! If I had known ahead of time that I would be living next to criminals, I would have never re-signed my lease!!
