A Fresh Cut

Went there for wedding flowers, had to cancel service. We asked for orange roses, were given pink/salmon and were told orange roses were not natural roses. Found another florist who sent pictures and names of roses this florist never heard of. She did not listen when we stated we didn't want purple in the bouquets for a fall wedding. She claimed it was all a misunderstanding. We asked for sample bouquets to be made up, she neglected to do so. When the problem was brought up that the flowers were the wrong color, she told me what I wanted was "tacky". At first meeting, we were told we could get whatever we wanted. At the end of the last meeting, she told us that she didn't like orange because she was a redhead. I don't see why that means I couldn't get what I wanted, why my choice was tacky, or why it mattered when I was paying for service. Will never go there again. ...read more

My wife was hoping for assistance when buying mulch at Vineyard Road .They were to busy to explain to her how much she needed to buy .They made her feel incompetent and embarrassed her by the way she was talked to.She came home almost crying saying she was never treated like that before.I called them back and asked to speak to a manager and I ended up speaking to Dave the owner. To my suprise he knew all about the transaction because he was the one who made my wife feel like she was garbage. He said to me "she was undecided and what was he supposed to do he had 800 things to and other customers to help".WOW!! I was stunned.I expect that from an 18 year old who doesn't care about his job NOT from the owner of the company.I guess business is so good he can treat you like he is doing you a favor.I can feel good knowing myself,my neighbors and my relatives will never have to deal with that kind of service again!! ...read more
