My husband has been in the office before and we tried to make an appointment last week, (it is very much an emergency) they told him he was fine to come in for that evening. Then they called him back 15 mins later and told him that actually the spot they gave him was filled so they could help him that day. I called to reschedule for him since he was in work, they told me they didnt have anything for a full week and when i mentioned that it was an emergency- his tooth was falling out, and their website said they take walk ins, they told me he could come in and he might be seen. We made another appointment for a WEEK later (tooth still hanging in there by a thread) we went in for his 6'O'clock appointment and they told us we were suppose to be in by 5. Which we would have never scheduled at that time because he would still be in work. Costumer service sucks. They should hire a staff that cares instead of just there for the paycheck. ...read more
