If there was a 0 star here I would use it. This company promises you the world and then after the install could careless about you. Its as if everyone in the office has NO follow through! The sad thing is that we interviewed so many companies and they really came across as the most knowledgeable and capable company! I even had to get the owner involved and when he finally responded he was very degrading!
