Well, we went there on November 27th and ordered a set of bunkbeds for our girls. The lady at the desk was very nice and informative, and I don't blame her for this mix up. Whoever is in charge needs to do a better job at making sure the customers are told the correct information, and ensure they get some phone calls to update them on their order. She said the bunk beds would be in within a week or a week and half TOPS. I waited like 2 weeks (because I didn't want to be a hound)...and I called them since I got NO call. It still wasn't there and they weren't sure when it was coming, so they gave me a date that wasn't true. I never received 1 single call from them. I had to call, and call, and call. They kept giving me dates and they weren't coming in. I called this morning, and thank GOD they were in. (God knew I was about to lose my cool) I FINALLY got them today, December 23rd...almost a month later. Absolutely ridiculous service, or lack of.
