would not and do not want to rate these people, they are rude on the phone, do not answer the phone appropriately. I do not know how they expect any service when they do not seem to want the service. Needed branch trimming recently prior to the hurricane and they told me no service until the day the hurricane was due to actually hit!!!!!! What a joke!!!!!!
